Printing services can vary depending on the print lab, so we’re glad you asked! Our services include digital printing, large format, sublimation, UV and traditional photographic printing. We can print on a diverse group of substrates and surfaces such as canvas, metal, vinyl, adhesive vinyl, drinkware and fine art papers.
We accept a variety of file formats, including PDF, JPG, PNG, and HEIC. It's best to check what product we are printing so that we get the proper file for the proper item or order online and our system will convert the file to the correct format.
Your originals will always be returned to you. However, it may not be necessary to continue storing the originals in their physical state. If you have multiple safe and proven backups of the newly digitized files – you can likely get rid of original media taking up space in your home.
As a print lab we offer graphic design services and file preparation assistance sometimes requiring an additional fee. It's best to check with us directly for our design services.
10-25 years. That means if you have tapes from the 90’s – they’re likely already deteriorating. Over time, the magnetic particles lose charge in a phenomenon called remanence decay. This causes discoloration to the footage, blacked-out scenes, and eventually, complete loss of picture.
An uncropped mobile image from a newer model phone can typically print up to a 20×30″ size. If your image quality is questionable – we would be happy to preview your file before printing.
Our large format, high resolution scanner can digitize items up to 40×60″.
Overall, we do have a minimum order fee that helps us maintain profitability and efficiency while also ensuring that we are providing high-quality services to our customers. We will always work to keep the minimum order amount as low as possible.
